Shipping & Delivery
Your order is very important to us which is why we want to make sure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Customer satisfaction is crucial for us and therefore we take extreme care in ensuring that products are delivered to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. The times mentioned below are indicative of general delivery times and may vary depending on peak periods and public holidays.
- Inside UAE : Up to One (1) week ,if the order is placed before one(1) o’clock in the afternoon.
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain & Other Countries: Three (3 )to (4 )weeks
- Processing and shipping of orders will be done from Saturday to Thursday excluding any public holidays.
- Time of delivery :(9:00am-6:00pm)
- The day of delivery will depend on where you live. We have different delivery days for different areas so please check the website for the days on which we can delivery in your area.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
- Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Refunds Policy
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
- Opened/ used/ altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
- The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
- The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
How long does it take to receive a refund or returned product?
- In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
- Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within two weeks.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed through our website cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through our website. Before submitting any order please be sure to make sure all information is correct.
